LG taking a stake in ASN more than likely would be dilutive where as if KOCH may not.

KOCH have a lot more to offer and gain from investing in our project than I think LGES have to offer, besides an offtake, There are other battery makers in the USA besides LG who I'm sure would like our product.

The other interesting piece of info I worked out is that the OT was to supply 99.5% BGLC.

Product:Lithium Carbonate battery grade 99.5%.

So now ASN can make 99.95% BGLC cheaply and consistently (to be officially verified) will be a big game changer.

"the resulting lithium chloride solution, which is to become lithium carbonate electric vehicle (EV) grade of 99.95% purity, can be converted more efficiently."..and will fetch a higher premium..

let the games begin!

99.95% BGLC = longer life and longer range,
fire risks removed due to minimal impurities and no iron.

Who wouldn't want that ?
