Where did you get your information from?
Why would Realtek just want that yet offer 50% split regarding IP revenue?
Why would they want to be in partnership with the "shareholders committee" when they are already the largest stakeholder in NUH?
Why didnt the "shareholder committee" and kpmg offer a standard form doca?
I would not call it a takeover but more accurately legalised theft. What is clear is that there was a strategy here, and it appears some of the proponents were in contact and working with and advising Miller well before the VA.. Hello Mr Robertson.
Hence their rubbish regarding Realtek's claim over the IP
I put it to you had Realtek been offered 50.1% of the company in exchange for their CN they would of accepted it and it would of been the best outcome for all.
Now all the shareholders have lost everything and the proponents in my view have bought themselves a dead duck. NUH IP has no value unless integrated with other technologies. As one prior poster put it , "where were the sharks"?
As for the $6mln, why didn they just pay out the CN, increase their shareholding, keep the company listed, install new management and get on with it, yet one of their stipulations was the re-hiring of Miller, the man who created this disaster.
As I have said previously, this has got Miller's finger prints all over it.
And if Miller is involved it is doomed.
Not sure why you would also be wishing these guys the best after they stole from shareholders. Are you a plant of theirs? Only 5 posts and only on NUH and only in the last few days. Odd.
