The current Ghanaian government seems far more transparent and less corrupt than the previous one, so even if an appeal were to happen, I’d expect it to be handled fairly. That said, I don’t believe the case can be appealed unless there are extreme circumstances, like fraud or a severe miscarriage of justice.The arbitration process is designed to be final and binding, and while the seat is in Accra, that doesn’t mean Ghana can just overturn a decision without solid legal grounds. Either way, CMD is in a strong position, and if the seat of arbitration does get changed, then it’s definitely game on!
