    The announcement of the acquisition suggests to me that the independent directors of Thor are very excited about the Spring Hill project and its potential...

    It also suggests they believe that potential exists for a multi million ounce resource no?

    We investors in Thor if indeed you are one should perhaps compare this acquisition with the recently announced transaction whereby Arafura Resources sold a 34,000oz resource at Pt Porter (refractory gold!) nearby.
