    The government does seem willing and the people in the pictures seem happy. I have no idea about the local politics but don't doubt many would welcome a mining operation that provides jobs. However the delay is mysterious as many would have known of the plans to build the mine 3 months ago, even 6 months ago. I know the government is new and this must have somthing to do with it. Hopefully for the local community the mine goes ahead peacefully.

    Hopefully they will do some hedging at around the current prices.
