Because it was a good deal for PH as IMU only need a quarter worth of funding pending the long awaited clinical trial updates for VAXINIA and especially OASIS this quarter. IMU also need another a few quarter of funding end of this year from the warrant before receiving the $20M R&D rebate for last financial year. This next 12 months is the most critical.
