I spoke to office last week and transaction is not completed and getting access to Trek has been slow. I think once the transaction is complete access is easy as CNB own it, getting access to progress drilling without the transaction completion is proving harder than thought. I can see why its hard to let another company onto your ground to drill, just thinking on liability and insurance issues etc.
I asked about risk Trek deal falling over and office didn't see that as a concern.
And its been wet so no drilling anyway. Rig is parked onsite not costing CNB any money, is what office said..
