By all means use the quote about the Banks. It rings true, and it sure is the case now in the USA where the quote originated from all those years ago, you think they would have lernt a lesson by now?
It wont be long before the housing bubble bursts here as well,fueled by the Banks and the Real Estate Industry spruikers and the developers.
