Unless there is a binding offer by either of the remaining two interested parties the risk is still present that IFL does not get sold. So what is the risk/reward at the current price? 90c worth of upside but what is the downside if no offer is made? I've seen lots of companies receive indicative offers with no formal binding offer being made and then the share price collapses as all the arbitragers unwind their bets. Furtermore some negative press has probably made some holders nervous and they have sold out.
