Yep agree with that, he got away with the BS for a long period, but as he admits above, realtek only had a proposed agreement July 4th, which means one did not exist prior to that. I also think, as i said before, that Nuheara paid realtek to make that chip, and the share deal was simply a mechanism to allow Millers fantasy of having his own chip to become reality by effectivley borrowing the funds required to do it by way of a " secured loan" against the assets of Nuheara. Realtek probably said if the chip works we " may" utilise it in some of our chips to roll out. That's always been my take on that agreement. He definitely has mislead the market, but how serious are those mis-leadings, could only be determined in court. Expensive to find out, and would have to be against him personally.
