KJK - not sure I agree that it is BB/Acadia.
They have had plenty of opportunities to swallow us for our current price or lower. My gut feeling is they have probably tried but have been rejected. I suspect that if they wanted to exercise leverage, they have other means (contractual).
I think its more than likely to be another interested party.
