    The TH is regarding an entitlement right for presumably existing shareholders.
    If rights are taken up then further share dilution and that is bad
    Need to know where funds raised are going to be used to speculate whether good or bad news
    For example, if funds to pay admin then bad, if funds to drill then potentially good
    Hopefully more information to come
