    That's a big all in or all out, looking at the trade cycle over the next few days sub .03 may happen with the fear factor or the bears as they say in control still, getting less, but still in control over a general range and domain. How crazy has the tech sector been with the Nasdaq getting hammered lately.
    And new tariffs making everyone skitish.
