but i'll just say this... - with my smidgen of experience that also included running all legal for asia-pacific for a US listed market leader, i saw well, more than a few internal 'things' best called 'business practice'... - my company like the many others that pay exhorbitant fees to outsiders to get things done they way they want them done, was no different

'agents' of a company are especially useful - you give them a brief of what you want done, without more detail they just say if they can do it or not, then you let them do it - that enables plausible deniability - the rest i am sure you can work out for yourself
