Being luxury goods, would the tariff really impact the market?
They're not items that everybody needs.
Wouldn't a higher premium just increase desirability and exclusivity? Both the main rationale for purchasing in the first place.
The price of a Rolex for example continues to increase. Can't keep up with demand. The second hand market is virtually the same price as brand new.
