Once again, a public relations-filled announcement - they never seem to back up this stuff with numbers indicating a profitable, well-run organisation.
One could suggest the working capital is to support the lifestyle of all those on the captain's deck of this ship.
I guess it will take 2 years to see if any of this "stuff" holds water.
