I've just come on board this morning at $2.90. I've been watching this stock for a few weeks. I also scanned the Prospectus/PDS in that time, and more particularly Part 6 - Financial Info. I don't remotely expect a maiden divvy of 10 cents this August (20c/share annualized).
I expect about 7 cents for the maiden div which will be 4.8% annualized for me: nothing great but maybe some capital gain down the track. I'll buy again if it gets to $2.60.
My JMS shares pay me about 10% on my purchase cost.
