I just see powerfully rising output in the years ahead as Management predicts and yes as more Modular Reactors are produced needing Uranium and the many Uranium Utilities renegotiate longer term contracts starting in 2025. These contracts will have to be renegotiated at higher uranium prices.
For clarity ..longer term Uranium contracts are 85% of all uranium sales... at present these long term contracts have averaged $US 80 ....not at the much lower spot price of about $54 and this spot price is down from US$ 81 a year ago .
"Traders are now evaluating PEN on the present spot price of US$54 where where only 15% of total uranium sales are traded"

Therefore traders are completely incorrect on the future profits and cashflow of PEN..Pen has already committed a large portion of its future output to the longer term much much higher contract prices...and this has already been released by Pen...you can find all past releases through Google re-Yahoo.

This is why the bulk of Analysts following PEN at present value Pen around Au$4...this has been rejected by OldAle and Phis as rubbish ...but they give no methodology for their negative assessment..it seems to be based on their gut feel?

Uranium prices of imported Uranium will be going higher now with Trumps import tariffs.
Pen has a further advantage in its U.S. domestic production with no import tariffs and indeed possible grants from the Trump Governments' belief in developing the US economies resources.

I would add as the Japanese say ..."It takes a very brave man to catch a falling knife."Or positive momentum brings in many followers ..negative momentum has very few followers !!!
So your view is the view and always will be the view of the majority ..who always chase price rises as their comfort zone ...not the underlying value!!!
