Why does it matter whether LaJolla are still holding?
I dont recall seeing any fund raising participants (from the past) holding for any period of time. Why should it be any different now?
I dont recall you complaining when the last CNote holder dumped their shares upon conversion.
BTW..I have no idea if LaJolla have dumped any shares.
