NPV to market cap doesn't look too bad... However, the Capex / NPV ratio has been shot in this DFS.
The capital cost has increased from the scoping study estimate of US$86M Capex to US$156M Capex... The impact of this is NPV to Capital ratio is less than 1.... IMO this will be hard to find financing for, may need a sustained increase in tin price to justify, or require some government grant or similar to aid here - government grant is not out of the picture given the importance of tin supply.
