    Does anyone else think the bar has been set particularly low for Bob’s Tranche 3 Performance rights? 25.5m shares in 3 years time weighted across a TSR against a peer group metric, a share price at or near where the brokers are currently valuing us and a very moderate ore reserve growth?

    This level of performance should be well and truly covered by his remuneration. These targets dont seem to be a stretch at all.
