Since 2018 when the 1st US trade war with China kicked off, global trade contracted by around 30%. Leading to a pre-covid Oil price of $40-$60 range. But that was a limited trade war with only China. Now its tariffs on 180 countries with minimum 54% tariffs on China and now reciprocal 34% Chinese tariffs on America. Who knows where oil price will be in 6 months time. But $30-40 is certainly possible. No one can control this, let alone BRK. They should halt all further drilling immediately.
