Yes their usually is however:-
1). We have not yet seen a NEW consolidated balance sheet since the sale of the UK business. All will become a little clearer then. They said the sale was worth 40 cents a unit.
2). Per the various presentations the Epic revenue doubles in 2012 from say 100 million to 200 million PA. How much of this falls to the bottom line will depend on no 1. With the santos contract this could add a further 150 million PA by 2014.
3). so depending on no 1 & 2 will determine if the div is increased later on in the year. More likely we will recieve a takover bid in 2011 prior to the new revenue kicking in from APA or another. The value of the company has to be in the range of 3.5 - 4.5 per unit I would have thought, but we cannot work this out until we have a new balance sheet post sale.
