Hi Guys,

What is your understanding of this announcement by DBA.

So we have BOA holding roughly 14%
& we have DBA holding 6%.

Imagine if these parties were holding for the same player? Wouldn't that exceed the maximum threshold thereby triggering corporate activity?

I don't know who the holders are and how they are interlinked, but I am sure this is getting closer to some sort of takeover. Specially after the Canadian pensiion board bought the other Agri business
