JV agreements don't allow for partners to be "pushed" out although it is perhaps this thinking and threat that was the reason RIM took the opportunity to dissolve the JV because of the threat that a Billis controlled GPR (as opposed to a MG controlled GPR), would not be good partners and your comments about "pushing out" RIM only confirm that thinking and the decision of RIM to dissolve and fight this in court.
