And by the time we are producing mcap should be a bit higher as derisking would've occurred and if debt does become an issue just do a raise later down the line.
i do see how raising equity when spot prices are at all time highs is the low risk thing to do but if the project is as good as its been talked up to be the risk is tolerable.
