The ministry has published an interesting article. The company in the article is given an ultimatum to prove technical and financial feasibility, otherwise the application will be withdrawn and offered for award to competitors. Since I now know that EGR has received its license, I assume by implication that EGR can prove the technical and financial (provision of 100 million) feasibility. I'm therefore pretty sure that we meet the requirements and have probably been promised the funds from somewhere. AS would be happy to let the cat out of the bag
