regarding the retail shareholders comment, I have seen this to a common theme, most biotech and others give cold shoulders to RH when their stock go down not when it's doing good. I have heard similar comments from executive of IMU, here, MSB, Codan, etc etc. I am pretty sure there is better ways to communicate to calm RH down. I did not like his mockery of " I am a shareholder comment" I mean why does a CEO need to talk like this, that too when English is your native language, can understand if English as second language people(like myself) find it hard to come up with proper saying on the spot. Apart from that all he said was reassuring, cocky but reassuring.
