    To be honest, it's Xstates problem if they can't drill the well.

    I doubt anyone is particularly excited about drilling in this area (which is why they've ended up farming out to a slightly lower tier company) but at least EXR can say they are trying to fulfil their ATP obligations, and hang on to the other blocks in the ATP in case anyone gets the deeper play working.
