Seems fex has extended offer another week. RIO must need more time, or MC not ready to commit to either party.
Deal doesnt happen for anyone until MC makes his decision.
Normally these offers have conditions precendant which could include market moves >10% so its not outside the possibilty that all parties could withdraw given humpty's tariff push.
If anyone knows for sure please comment.
