If you can do a deal with the DRC regarding Lithium and cobalt etc...you can hardly say that Uganda is not stable and investment worthy. DRC is a whole different level of unrest to Uganda. If US wishes to get Rare earths from Africa and timely, well Makutuu is such an obvious answer and a bonus is ownership by an Australian Company that has received accolades from western governments. There's been talk of US supporting AVZ who as we know is an Australian company. Dealing with IXR and Rwenzori would be a piece of cake compared to that mess. Mr Boulous has history in the car parts sector from his Nigerian business. Sure hope he is spending significant time in Uganda looking at our shovel ready project.
