Yes, I heard the same thing yesterday. Meeting must have been held so Jon now has non disclosed price sensitive information thus cannot continue the buy back.
Now we await the results of the meeting (from other posters it appears to be when the company receives a letter of confirmation from the FDA which is expected within 30 days of the meeting).
