We have resource/GIP nothing else and are a long way from getting to reserves its worth very little at the moment there needs to be some successful drilling with proven results that can be replicated.
No strategic partner/investor one is going to pump money into EXR without having control; we may remain a carry but we have no credibility of managing other peoples cash and delivering value.
