How is this a win given - that all prospective deportee's need to be notified prior to apprehension, and in each case the Trump Administration will need to prove due cause in Court before a deportation occurs. None of this BS "we think that's a Gang tattoo" This is a common sense decision and in fact all these ICE Agents, will have to stop their Street/kidnap theatrics.
You wouldn't know a win if it stared you in the face.
Trump would be seething more power is going to the Courts to assess the evidence for Deportation on a case by case basis.
