KOCH have only ever done the Eluate across all their other projects with EMP, SLI ,SWA etc..
Saltworks have done the pre feed and carbonation for EMP and I'm sure got involved with SLI and probably SWA..
CAPEX be the similar or lower than the original DFS given infrastructure is in place , OPEX by the sounds will be lower by these latest reports of successful optimizations.
