You do get it that management has absolutely NO responsibility for the share price and you are deluded to think they should make any sort of comment related to the global market downturn.
Absolutely nothing has changed within the company, if anything, they continuously improve and strengthen.
As contracts are executed, testing and qualification is passed, steady and increasing revenue should start to flow in. The share price should then trade and value the company accordingly.
