Uranium is excluded from the tariffs according to a Petra Capital report
The U.S. tariffs were implemented by Presidential Executive Order, and under Annex II of that executive order, all forms of uranium are exempt from U.S. tariffs:
Uranium ores and concentrates
Natural uranium metal
Natural uranium compounds
Uranium enriched in U235
Compounds of uranium depleted in U235.
That is, no form of uranium, from any source, is subject to a new U.S. tariff.
