Offtake is key to junior resource companies being able to progress funding and development. Looks like we’ve given an in perpetuity right to offtake with no guarantee on the pricing mechanism or a commitment to funding the construction of the project. A great deal for Canmax, not sure it’s a great deal that is driving shareholder value for GL1.
