Around the 20th of January. The board was asked to vote on the Regent proposal with specified dates. Such as the BCI shareholder meeting in March I think???? I could look it up, but unblocking my spetic drain seems to be more interesting at the moment.
The Regent proposal went to a vote with a majority of shareholders excepting the Regent proposal with the attached dates. It's now up to BCI shareholders when this goes to a vote whenever that is. So I imagine unless there's a counter-bid by who ever, or some other related event that I'm not privy to. The SP will remain at around the current level until the meeting sorts things out.
So the short answer is until the BCI meeting I guess ... Hmmm, I probably should've just given the short answer.
That's all that I'm aware of who voted YES for the proposal. And I do believe that it's been stated that the majority of shareholders voted for the proposal.
How did these three enities get the majority needed to pass the Regent proposal? That is unless one or more of the enities don't hold their specified percentage. Or am I way off the track here ... Yeah, probably way off the track.
