So between the Chinese potentially halting the supply of ALL rare earth elements to the U.S next week; what has to be imminent approval to commence construction of the HRE processing plant in Seadrift Texas; and now being the front-runner to partner with Saudi Arabia in developing a rare earths processing facility in the Kingdom, our share price is still sitting at $7.60??????
Wouldn't take much for one, two or even all three of these announcements to drop any day now and result in the share price jumping back above $10.
