    So, what is your issue if IXR did produce 44,000kg of Dy and 7,000kg of Tb Oxides to use in Manufacturing in the West? The West needs all the HREE it can get
    What's your concerns?
    Can you answer these simple questions, you definitely don't want IXR to succeed in anything
