Producer you and VMP and others who were shouting from the rooftops seem to be correct. What a shame, reading some posts earlier where some naive posters have lost big money due to the constant ramping on this forum.

Ronnies old job ended up with him seemingly diluting his old company Geopacific rescoures into the ground including it would seem, a CR in 2 Tranches, sound familiar? Sophisticated and professional investors were seemingly all over it given a 25% discount followed by a share consolidation and 2 director resignations with Ronnie clearing off a year later. Seems from quick google search, CR`s were the go in GPR during Ronnie`s reign.
Haven`t looked into properly but is this the template for LRV? Have a look here, very interesting reading, special look at pages 14 and 15.
