Read latest announcement: "Other down stream plant systems are being progressively commissioned." That is not completed. So what do you mean "What are you talking about". Do you mean that there isnt a dispute in the making? This could cost the company dealing whether they win lose or draw as there will be a high legal cost to rectify the contractors contract obligations. THAT is why we have current weakness. Do you think there is something else keeping it down, if so add to the thread rather than abuse me for hypothesizing current situation and offering my thoughts.
