I'm hoping for a clear way forward to be set out. 4 directors from ex SYA and 4 from ex PLL with chair nominated by PLL Yet no tie break or casting vote at board meetings doesn't fill me with confidence in that regard.
Which projects will get priority in these very uncertain times? Which back burner projects will be sacrificed?
Very important questions to be dealt with moving forward considering.
