silver resistance @ $31

    As I mentioned a couple of months ago, $31.00 is a key resistance line. We've backed away from that level twice. Once we clear $31.00, more than likely there will be a very strong and swift move above $40.00.
    A move to $40.00 will likely see a lot of people flooding into to stocks IMO.
    Bring it on.
