I'm not comparing it technically or fundamentally but rather psychologically.

At the moment it's like playing roulette and every number's a winner......or doubling up against a six and the dealer constantly pulls two tens.....or betting on 47 to 1 on the big wheel when there are only jokers and crowns on it....ok, you get my drift.

Money is to easy at the moment and everyone is spruking how easy it is........these are the danger signs!

Remember the tech boom? Cabbies tips were winners just like they are now.

As with everything in life, nothing lasts for ever.
