Check the annual report over the last few years. You'll see the major has been selling out slowly for a number of years now. Who knows why he's selling but it's not something he's just decided to do. Formerly our number one holder, he probably won't even be seen in the top 20 this year. He bought heavily when the stock was around 1.5c and sold a good chunk in the 30s to convert his options. The remaining stock he'd be selling now is most likely all free carried
As for the Top 20, most have been increasing their positions over recent years
