It looks like top holders voted ornage lady MM to run the company. To my view agents called average holders and MM called the top holders and convinced them. Many did not respond to agent, and many call came to many of the holders and even from some appearing to be shown commsse on the text message - all these were considered scam call and sfooing message.
They could rasie money earlier, but they did with huge discout, which helped them to spend less to buy more shares. If the CR were arounf 9c or 10, they had to spend more if you wanted to take their entitlements in full. Anyway, let's see how far they go. They need to bring some positive updates. Many must be pround of not putting any money into the company. Ball in now in MM's court, but C14 is fictitious and is still a good for nothing to many. MM may be convicing Mahe about a deal acquiring the compnay at at least 12c/s, and Mahe may be plannign to take the shortfall. Any animal trial to be started will help them make some excuses like trials underway, then results analysis, .... Regulators' push required for MM to be timely and transparent.
