They're able to nominate an observer to the board but they have no voting rights on board decisions so i dont know how you think they are going to shake up the board? Would be genuinely interested to know how you think they would do this?
They would have have, what? 10% voting power and Renaissance has a little over 5%. Hardly enough to overthrow the board?
