@ThePig , you have some valid points , could I be as bold as to offer some advice.
You need to write to the BOD in an official manner highlighting your concerns but in answerable questions.
If you send it registered Courier and dated and requesting a response "The Letter" will be part of Official Business.. These are generally read and a collective answer is produced by the BOD..
You will receive an answer , maybe not exactly what you want to hear "Blah blah under embargo,, not yet finalised for market release,,, we don't disclose Proprietary Knowledge..etc etc" but the BOD will have a comprehensive understanding of your concerns..
I've carried out this action in the past ,,, you will be notified when the Couriered Letter has been received by the Company and then it's usually under a month for a reply from the BOD.
Feel free to send it "with the Concern of Multiple Share Holders " and if you are willing to share the reply we would all appreciate that ,,, if no reply then we may all send an email on the same day requesting why the letter was not responded to..
